Herb Valley Vitamin B Complex Supercharged 50 Tablets

Herb Valley’s B Complex provides a one a day dose of B complex vitamins plus other nutrients to help provide relief from stress and tension.

B Complex group vitamins include B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Nicotinamide), B5 (Calcium Pantothenate), B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Folic Acid and Biotin. Choline and Inositol are added to help with the function of the B Complex vitamins.

The B complex vitamins are watersoluble. This means that excess intake will not be stored, but excreted by the body. These stores must be replenished daily. Depletion of B vitamins may occur easily in times of stress, when on weight loss diets or after alcohol consumption.

Valerian is included to help reduce anxiety and psychological stress.

Kelp is a good source of iodine. Iodine is needed for the proper functioning of the thyroid gland. Stress may affect the activity of the thyroid gland and thus increase the requirements for iodine.

Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant. Stress creates free radicals in the body. Vitamin C acts as a free radical scavenger to help reduce the harmful effects of stress.

Folic acid is needed to work synergistically with the B vitamins.
