Rhodiola Relax (was Stress Adapt) combines three herbs with adaptogenic properties: Rhodiola, Withania and Gotu kola that may assist the mind and body’s ability to deal with and perform better when stressed. Rhodiola or Golden root is found growing in the Sub-Arctic regions of Russia, Scandinavia and Middle Asia where it has a long tradition of use as an adaptogenic herb to improve general wellbeing.

Rhodiola has the dual properties of physically assisting with improved energy and stamina levels whilst enhancing mental alertness and concentration during times of extra demand particularly in the work environment. Rhodiola may also help relieve the mild anxiety and fatigue associated with stressful conditions.

Withania and Gotu kola are well known in the Indian Ayurvedic medicine tradition as nervous system restorative herbs, or Medhya Rasayanas herbs or nutritional substances that are specific to the brain tissues.
