Psyllium hulls have been used since the time of the ancient Greeks as a support to the intestinal system. Psyllium hulls are hydrophilic bulking agents which swell 8-14 times their original size in water.

For adults: take three capsules with a meal three times daily. For children age 6-12 years on medical advice: take one capsule with a meal three times daily.
