Nature's Sunshine Mullein 320mg 100 Capsules

Mullein was traditionally used as an expectorant herb that provided temporary relief of congestion and cough associated with mild upper respiratory tract infections. Mullein has an affinity for the respiratory tract. Its astringent and demulcent actions help to sooth the mucous membranes.

Therapeutic Use

A traditional ‘expectorant’ herb to provide temporary relief of mild lung congestion and coughs.

Active Ingredients

Each ‘preservative free’ capsule contains 320mg of Verbascum thapsus leaf powder.

Dosage

For adults: take three to six capsules with a meal three times daily, depending on severity of symptoms. For children aged 6-12 years: take two capsules with a meal three times daily. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice.
