Recommended Daily Dosage for adults

Take one to three tablets half and hour before bedtime. Allow tablet to slowly dissolve under the tongue.

    One each night for 14 nights to induce earlier sleep pattern 10pm.
    Definatley felt refreshed and wide awake at 6am following morning whilst horizontal.
    Experienced occassional disorientation when standing which passed after about 60 seconds.
    I would be very interested in hearing of side effects from short/long term use prior to recommending to others.
