Nature's Sunshine Magnesium Complex with Vitamin B6 120 Capsules

Magnesium Complex with Vitamin B6 combines three forms of magnesium that can be of assistance when dietary intake is inadequate. Magnesium may assist in the relief of muscular cramps and spasms. The addition of Boron and vitamin B6, including Pyridoxal 5-phosphate assists the bioavailability of magnesium.

Therapeutic Use

  • A Magnesium supplement combining three Magnesium compounds that can be of assistance when the dietary intake of this important mineral is deficient.
  • Magnesium may assist in the relief of muscular cramps and spasms.
  • The addition of Boron and two forms of Vitamin B6 in this formula assist in the bioavailability of Magnesium.
Active Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

Elemental Magnesium 75mg
From:
Magnesium orotate 225mg
Magnesium aspartate 211mg
Magnesium amino acid chelate 229mg
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 9.1mg (Equiv. Vitamin B6 7.5mg)
Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate 3.65mg (Equiv. Vitamin B6 2.5mg)
Boron (as Borax 13.25mg) 1.5mg

Dosage

For adults: take one capsule twice daily with a meal (30 days supply).
