This formula combines four herbs that are a rich natural source of silica; Dulse, Horsetail, Sage and Rosemary. Silica is an important mineral for the maintenance of strong nails and hair, and healthy connective tissue and skin integrity. Lack of silica may cause the nails to become flaky.

Equisetum arvense (Horsetail) herb 123mg
Salvia officinalis (Sage) leaves 82mg
Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) leaves 41mg

For adults: take three capsules with a meal twice daily.
