Nature's Sunshine Gotu Kola 425mg 100 Capsules

Traditionally used in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic Medicine, Gotu Kola, also known as Pennywort or Arthritis Herb is an esteemed herbal tonic for healthy aging. A revitalising herb to help support healthy brain and nervous system function, assist memory, concentration and cognitive function. Gotu Kola is used to support energy and vitality during times of fatigue or extra demand. It contains no caffeine.

Therapeutic Use

  • A herb used traditionally in Ayurvedic and Chinese herbal medicine to support mental acuity.
  • May also be used as a tonic to assist during periods of mental fatigue.
Active Ingredients
Each ‘Preservative Free’ capsule contains 425mg of Centella asiatica herb powder.

 

Dosage


For adults: take two capsules with a meal twice daily. For children aged 6-12 years: take one capsule with a meal twice daily.
