Nature's Sunshine Fenugreek 529mg 100 Capsules

Fenugreek is a soothing expectorant and has been used as a popular remedy for sore throats and colds. The medicinal properties of the plant seem to be concentrated in the seeds which are high in mucilage. Fenugreek is also commonly used as a galactagogue to stimulate breast milk production.

Therapeutic Use

  • This traditional herb has expectorant and soothing properties to help relieve temporary coughs.
  • It also has galactogogue properties and may assist in stimulating the production of breast milk in nursing mothers.
Active Ingredients

Each ‘preservative free’ capsule contains 529mg of Trigonella foenum-graecum seed powder.

Dosage

For adults only: take two capsules with a meal three times daily.
