Chaste Tree, also known as Vitex agnus-castus has traditionally been used for the temporary relief of pre-menstrual tension and associated conditions such as fluid retention, headaches, period cramps and sore breasts.

Therapeutic Use

  • Chaste-Tree has traditionally been used for the temporary relief of pre-menstrual tension and associated conditions (fluid retention, headaches, crampy periods, and tender breasts).
Active Ingredients

Each tablet contains extract equivalent to 500mg of dried Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste Tree) fruit.

Dosage

For adults: take one tablet with a meal twice daily.
