No added sugar, salt, yeast, gluten, starch, wheat, corn, milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial colours and sweeteners.

Recommended Daily Dosage for Adults

Take one to four tablets a day, before a meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Medicine Interactions

Calcium, Zinc and Magnesium may decrease the absorption and efficacy of some medications.

CARDIAC GLYCOSIDES – Calcium may increase the effect of these drugs. Seek medical advice.

CALCIUM CHANNEL BLOCKERS – Calcium may decrease the hypotensive efficacy of verapamil and other calcium channel blockers. Seek medical advice.

Calcium may decrease absorption of biophosphonates, tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics and thyroid hormones.

If taking tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, biophosphonates (an osteoporosis drug), thyroid hormones, metyldopa, carbidopa or levodopa, or penicillamine, separate doses by at least 2 hours. Calcium, magnesium, zinc and iron may decrease absorption of these medications.
