Don't like entering your credit card information on a website? No problem!

Whilst 99% of customers use either our 100% guaranteed secure online payment gateway or PayPal, we understand others prefer the option not to.

All you need to do is follow these simple instructions:

1) Complete your Order and select Automated Phone Payment by Credit Card instead of entering your credit card details, noting your Order ID.

2) Phone our automated service number:

or

+ 61 2 9045 9210 if you are outside Australia, (using the international dialling code from your country first, before the 61.)

3) When prompted, enter our unique billing code using your phone handset:

796029

4) When prompted for your reference number, enter the Order ID you receive on completion of the Checkout process, identifying your unique order.

5) Continue to enter your credit card number, expiry date and CVN security number (last set of digits on the reverse of your card), as normal.

6) Your payment is processed in real time - you will receive a reference number to confirm that your payment is approved.

7) Orders are dispatched when payment is confirmed. Refer to our online order tracking for confirmation of your order status.
